ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility & Dependents
If you are a W-2 employee you are eligible for health insurance and may also be eligible for dental and vision insurance. Insurance eligibility is dependent upon your working status (full time full time in lieu, part time, or on call). Please note the amount the company will contribute towards the cost of your health insurance will vary depending on your work status. Please contact your Business Office Manager for a copy of a rate sheet to see detailed information on the cost of benefits. Eligible employees may also enroll the following dependents:
- Legal Spouse
- Child or Children up to age 26
- Disabled Child or Children of any age provided that disability was prior to age 26
Health
All employees are eligible for health insurance.
Dental
If your work stats is full time you are eligible to participate in dental insurance.
Vision
If your work status is full time or full time in lieu you are eligible to participate in vision insurance.
